What happens next
We stop the subscription renewing and refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you asked to start immediately, we only deduct a share in proportion to the service already provided.

Bought in the app?
Subscriptions bought in the app are sold by Apple or Google. Ask for a refund from them.
